I contacted JLP plumbing about a leaking toilet. They were very responsive over WhatsApp and provided a very reasonable fixed price quote after reviewing a detailed video of the leak happening. Communication to arrange the repair was very good and the plumber arrived right on time. The work was done with minimal disruption and everything was cleaned up and resealed before he left. Jack has done a number of jobs for me but the other day I had an emergency with water gushing out. Jack came round immediately. He identified the leak & got it fixed.
