For emergency plumbing services outside of Hertfordshire or outside of regular working hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri), we do charge a call-out fee. However, for customers within Hertfordshire during normal business hours, we offer free call-outs. Contact us, and we'll clarify whether a fee applies to your case.
