We offer free home visits 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, so we can fit around your diary.

A typical full bathroom renovation takes between two and three weeks from strip-out to handover. A cloakroom is usually under a week. We give you a schedule with your written quote so you know which days we’ll be in the house.

Yes. We draw the room up in 3D, so you can see the finished bathroom and change anything before a single item is ordered. We bring suite, tile and brassware options to the design visit.

Yes. Suite, tiles, screens and fittings can all be supplied and fitted as part of the job. If you’d rather buy your own, that’s fine too — we’ll fit what you’ve chosen.

Tanking is a waterproof membrane applied to the walls and floor before any tiles go on. Grout and tiles are not fully waterproof on their own, so tanking stops water reaching the walls and floor behind, which is where leaks and rot start.

Every day. We sheet up, clean down at the end of each day, and take all the waste and the old suite away at the end of the job. You get the room back finished, not full of rubble.

Yes — £5M public liability and £10M employers’ liability, and the work is carried out by City & Guilds qualified engineers. Our workmanship comes with a 3 year guarantee and we come back for a follow-up check after completion. Many local firms guarantee their work for 12 months. Ours is covered for 3 years.

A deposit to book the work, a stage payment part way through, and the balance at handover. There are no hidden costs: everything is agreed with you in writing before any work begins.
