Design consultation
We visit, measure up and talk through layout, suite and tiles. No pressure and no charge.

Fixed written quote
You get the full scope in writing before anything is booked, so there are no surprises later.

Design and supply (optional)
Once you accept the quote, you can choose to have us supply your sanitaryware. If you do, we design the room around your chosen suite with full 3D CAD drawings, so you see the finished bathroom before we start. Buying your own is fine too.

We fit it, one team
Strip-out, plastering, tiling, plumbing and electrics — the same crew throughout, tidied down daily.

Handover and check-in
We walk the finished room with you, clear everything away, and follow up after completion.

Things Homeowners Ask Us
How long does a bathroom take?
A typical full bathroom renovation takes between two and three weeks from strip-out to handover. A cloakroom is usually under a week. We give you a schedule with your written quote so you know which days we’ll be in the house.
Do you supply the suite and tiles?
Yes. Suite, tiles, screens and fittings can all be supplied and fitted as part of the job, and we’ll bring options to the design visit. If you’d rather buy your own, that’s fine too — we’ll fit what you’ve chosen.
Do you clear up afterwards?
Every day. We sheet up, clean down at the end of each day, and take all the waste and the old suite away at the end of the job. You get the room back finished, not full of rubble.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — £5M public liability and £10M employers’ liability, and the work is carried out by City & Guilds qualified engineers. Our workmanship comes with a 3 year guarantee and we come back for a follow-up check after completion. Many local firms guarantee their work for 12 months. Ours is covered for 3 years.
